Per King County Health Recommendations, we are REQUIRING proof of COVID-19 Vaccination to attend in-person Sunday morning gatherings. You must upload a picture/copy of your CDC vaccination card below *OR* you may bring a physical copy with you to show our ushers at the door. Thanks so much for helping keep everyone safe!

*Children 5-12 ARE currently eligible for vaccination, and are encouraged to get immunized - however we will not require proof of vaccination for children at this time.
